# Create secondary tab
Add a second level of tabs inside a main tab to better organize menu content.
Step 1: Edit the tab where you want to add a secondary tab.
Step 2: Turn on the "**Enable secondary tabs**" option.
You will see secondary tabs appear. You just need to add tab items as usual.
If you don't see the "**Enable secondary tabs**" option, click the "**Show more options**" button to display it.
